The Range Oldham Oldham Reviews
We purchased some cutlery from the range in oldham on Saturday 10th January.
We were asked if we wanted a receipt which through me as I normally say yes but hadn't.
When we got home and opened the cutlery the cutlery plastic was loose.
We went back the next to to exchange and was told that without a receipt and showing proof of purchase on my bank details they still would not exchange
An offer to check their receipt records was given and I was contacted today to say that they couldn't locate the purchase which I dont believe. I was also asked several times if i purchased it from the oldham range? I had also purchased a grinch jumper at the same time and the total was Β£12.49.
During Christmas we spent Β£149 on a nutcracker and bought other items. We certainly won't be buying anything else again and we have spent so much in this store previously
