Completely unacceptable experience with R&M. The product quality is extremely poor, with careless, substandard stitching that clearly shows zero quality control. This reflects sheer negligence and incompetence. To make matters worse, the management is disorganized, unprofessional, and utterly indifferent to customer concerns. Delivering such poor workmanship and then failing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid R&M if they value quality, professionalism, and basic respect for customers.
